Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
1.Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between A2M Séminaires, represented by Ducros Matthieu, Sole Proprietor registered under the SIRET number 94154896800010, and its clients, in the context of organizing seminars and professional events.
2. Sevices offered
A2M Séminaires offers seminar organization services, which include:

Coordination with service providers (hotels, restaurants, activities).

Reservation and management of additional services (transport, activities, meeting rooms).

Personalized support and assistance before and during the event.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
The prices offered are defined in the customized quotes provided to the client. They consist of fixed fees and a percentage applied to the total cost of the seminar, excluding services paid directly to providers (accommodation, catering, activities, etc.).
The standard prices are as follows:

One-day seminar: €360 in fixed fees + 8% of the seminar amount.

Seminar from 2 to 4 days: €600 in fixed fees + 6% of the seminar amount.

Seminar longer than 4 days: €750 in fixed fees + 5% of the seminar amount.

Activity bookings: €120 (fixed fees, excluding activity costs).
ℹ️ Important: Fixed fees cover research, coordination, and follow-up work. The percentage applies only to the confirmed seminar amount with the providers, excluding the fixed fees mentioned above.
3.2 Payments
Payment is made in three stages:

A participation fee of €50 is required for research and presentation of quotes. This amount will be deducted from the total price if the seminar is confirmed.

Deposit of 40%: Payable upon confirmation of the quote to initiate the seminar preparation.

Second payment of 60%: To be paid 15 days before the event.
All payments must be made via bank transfer or any other method accepted by A2M Séminaires.
3.3 Late Payments
Any late payment may incur a penalty of 10% on the amount due, in accordance with Articles L441-10 and following of the French Commercial Code.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by the Client

Research fees (€50): These fees cover research work and presentation of quotes. They are non-refundable, even if no quote is accepted.

After payment of the deposit (40%):

The event can be postponed to a later date, subject to availability of service providers.

If no new date is set, the deposit of 40% remains non-refundable to cover the work carried out.

After payment of the balance (60%): No refund will be made in case of cancellation less than 15 days before the event. Postponement may be considered under certain conditions.
4.2 Cancellation by A2M Séminaires
In the event of cancellation for reasons attributable to A2M Séminaires, all sums paid will be refunded to the client.
4.3 Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable and irresistible events (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), A2M Séminaires commits to finding a fair solution: postponement, credit, or partial refund.
5. Liability
A2M Séminaires acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, restaurants, activities, etc.). Under no circumstances can A2M Séminaires be held responsible for changes, cancellations, or failures of partner service providers.
In the event of a problem with a service provider, A2M Séminaires will assist the client in finding an alternative solution, but does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
The client is solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the service providers (cancellations, payments, changes to bookings).
6. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to A2M Séminaires within 7 days following the end of the event.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, documents, and materials provided by A2M Séminaires in connection with its services remain the property of A2M Séminaires and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without authorization.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data (GDPR)
A2M Séminaires is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information communicated by its clients.
The data collected is used solely for the management of requests and organization of services.
No data will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting A2M Séminaires.
9. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be prioritized. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of A2M Séminaires’ registered office.
