Payment Terms
To ensure smooth organization and mutual commitment, a three-step payment is required:

€50 for research and submission of quotes is required, and will be deducted from the final amount if the seminar is confirmed.

40% deposit: Payable upon validation of a quote presented in order to initiate the rest of the process of organizing your seminar.

Second payment of 60%: Due 15 days before the event.
These conditions make it possible to secure reservations and guarantee optimal organization.
